This project tackled revitalisation of the large social housing building in the Oslo city centre. New facade installation facilitated extension and of the living areas and increase of natural light quality as well as addition of balconies to every apartment. Additionally new ventilation system with rooftop machinery rooms was installed to increase air quality levels.

The whole project was prefabricated and installed as quickly as possible, so that the inhabitants of these social housing units can maintain their homes during construction.
