The project is thought to become a visionary architectural highlight marking the entry point into Lugano. It will create a modern and exciting destination that will introduce the new urban dynamics, complementing the historical qualities of Lugano’s city fabric.

The district called B1A Section encompasses 65.000m2 of mixed-use development comprising hotel, retail functions, high-end apartments, exhibition spaces and administrative offices.

Located in the city’s North East, the project is a part of a larger masterplan for the New Cornaredo district and will be situated at the pivotal juncture of key infrastructural flows into the city of Lugano. The project’s architectural ensemble consists of three ascending cylindrical towers and lower triangular structure. The design of taller buildings is underscored by Eastward descending height gradient.
