The project`s idea is centred around creating an urban residential community comprising compact city dwellings. The building ensemble consists of 2 triangular towers erected atop of unifying plinth base. The plinth will accommodate shared facilities for the residents and will boast a large rooftop garden.
 

The building is designed with an aim to provide optimal flexibility for alternative apartment layouts and variations. The building´s modular design is carried by a prefabricated steel skeleton structure with exposed bracing. The solution enables high degree of space elasticity and unit variation within the building’s envelope.
